All kits are listed in OsteoTec Catalogue, along with their contents and implants available Kit price includes loan of sizing set. Implants used will be charged at list price for each implant.

Please ensure sizing set and any instruments are properly cleaned (this may involve manual cleaning to remove any gross contamination, before automatic washers), sterilised and returned to us with a valid Certificate of Decontamination. This is now a legal requirement. Any items returned dirty or without a valid Certificate of Decontamination, will be decontaminated by Osteotec Ltd and a charge of £200.00 will be made.

Kits should be returned in the original outer packaging, following the instructions and adress labels provided, within 2 days of the specified operation. When shipped from Osteotec, all loan sets are carefully packed in outer containers with bubble wrap or other packaging to ensure they arrive to our customers in the condition you would expect. Please ensure the same care is taken when returning. A plastic bag or no packaging at all, does not constitute reasonable care. Please note any damage or losses will be charged for.

OSTEOTEC RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SUPPLY ANY HOSPITAL WHO REPEATEDLY RETURN INSTRUMENTS WITHOUT DECONTAMINATION CERTIFICATE, IN A DIRTY CONDITION, OR WITH INADEQUATE PACKAGING.

For Kits returned unused, the Kit charge is £245.00 will be incurred. The Kit charge is per procedure.
